Firstly, We have to configure Bill.com remote settings after package installation in Customer Org .
Step 1: Search Remote Site Settings in Quick find and click the Remote Site Settings
Step 2: Create the Bill.com remote setting and populated Bill.com Url https://api.bill.com/
Step 3: Launch the Bill.com Configuration page and populate the Developer key,Organization Id, Base Url, Username , Password information of Bill.com Org in Bill.com Credential tab
User Name is the Bill.com user name
Password is the Bill.com password
Dev Key is always the same (01PXANSGTUELXXXGL951)
Base URL is always https://api.bill.com
